Mindful Eating is about Awareness.

Mindful Eating is about awareness.

We often think eating is about external rules which tell us what and when to eat. Awareness with food opens new and exciting insights and can be a source of happiness rather than frustration and guilt.

Mindful eating opens new opportunities.

We are so used to our "diet mentality" that we lost faith in our body's signals. We believe only strict dieting rules can help us to reach the desired shape or weight. But each diet is a disaster for our metabolism as well as our relationship with food.

What would you like to eat?

When was the last time you thought about what you really would like to eat without rationalising your desire to appear diet-conform?

Learn to trust your internal signals again! Slowing down, paying attention to the food you are eating and checking in for hunger and satiety are great strategies to start!
